We just can’t get enough of our new niece Lily. It has been such an awesome experience watching Brittany and Justin turn from a loving couple into a family of three. Little Lily changes so much every day that we try and make sure we see her as often as possible. It is truly one of the most amazing things in the world I believe someone can experience. Thank goodness we have our cameras to capture some of the moments and lock them into place.

A while back we had done some maternity photos for these two and then we got busy with wedding season and forgot to post them. The last couple of weeks we snapped about a million photos of Lily so we thought we would combine them into a giant post and put them here for you all to see

This past weekend our niece decided it was finally time to make her fashionably late debut into this world Lily Elisabet York was born on May 21st at 5:36 PM. She weighed 6 lbs 12 oz and was 20 1/2 inches long. She’s tiny, she’s beautiful, she’s absolutely perfect. Thank you to Brittany and Justin for allowing us to document this amazing event… you haven given us one hell of an addition to the family We are so proud to be her aunt and uncle!

By now you all know my sister Brittany… we have shared her engagements and wedding on the blog in the last few years. She and her husband are expecting their first child in May… a baby girl! We couldn’t be more excited for them and have been honored to share such a special part in their lives. Brittany is an incredible woman… loyal, compassionate, kind and strong. Her passion for helping others is sure to transition beautifully into motherhood. I have to say, it’s been such an amazing experience watching my little niece grow in that belly of hers… can’t wait to meet her! So, the first part of her maternity shoot I decided to style, just something fun and a little different than what we normally do. It was cold that morning, but she was a champ. Justin will make an appearance in part two! Thanks to everyone that helped out, especially Jason for lugging the furniture around and putting up with me! Enjoy

We are.. 2010 Reflected Upon

2010 was an amazing year to say the least. When Anna and I set out to start this business we could never have known that it was going to blow up the way it did. It still blows my mind that I can have this much fun and work with my wife to create art with fun couples. We are so gracious for all support we have gotten and we are looking forward to 2011.

The Sloan’s for pushing us to take our creativity to the next level and getting us started on this crazy path.
Brian and Cami for handing us our first wedding and pushing us the entire way through it.

I just want to take the time to thank all our family and friends for the incredible support and encouragement you have given us in the last year. I also want to apologize for being too damn busy to really see any of you! Hopefully we’ll find a better balance in 2011 To all the bloggers out there, thank you, thank you, thank you for showing us the love… you’ve welcomed us to the world of weddings with open arms. To our clients, thank you for believing in our work… we’ve had a blast getting to know all of you! Rachael and Dan, our dear friends, have just about the cutest and sweetest family around. We absolutely adore their two daughters, Abbie and Brookie… so naturally, we were excited to find out they were expecting their third child! They chose to keep the sex of the baby secret with all three pregnancies, much to everyone’s dismay Rachael was having contractions for weeks, which was unlike her other two pregnancies… so we were pretty convinced this stubborn baby was going to be a boy! Well, were we wrong! Charlotte Madeline was born on July 6th at 2:13 AM. She weighed in at 9 lbs, 6oz, 21 inches. Healthy, and cute as a button… she is so loved and lucky to be a part of the Earl family. Congratulations, we love you guys!
